RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

IMPORTANT: Due to high international shipping costs, physical returns are not required for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items from our international suppliers. Instead, we will work with you to provide a refund or replacement upon verification with photo or video evidence. See "Damages and Issues" section below for details.

To be eligible for a standard return (change of mind, sizing issues, etc.), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN COSTS

If your return is accepted, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. For example, if you return a $100 item, you will receive a refund of $85.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once your return is approved, you will receive our return address and instructions. Please use a tracked shipping method and provide us with the tracking number. We recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance for your protection (such as USPS for US customers, Royal Mail for UK, Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service). Items sent back without first requesting return approval will not be accepted.

You can contact us for any return questions at returntgbrands001@gmail.com. Please allow us 48 hours for a response. NOTE: The time period of our response will extend your window of availability to return your purchase if necessary. This extension only applies to your initial inquiry.


FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO RETURN DISCOUNT CODES)

Orders placed using any discount code containing "No Return" followed by a percentage (such as NORETURN20, etc.) are final sale and are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

By using a "No Return" discount code at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or product dissatisfaction
  • You are purchasing the item(s) "as-is" with full understanding of this policy

These discount codes offer our maximum savings in exchange for waiving all return privileges. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing your order with any "No Return" code.


CLEARANCE & BLOWOUT ITEMS - FINAL SALE

All products purchased from our Blowout/Clearance Collection are FINAL SALE with no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Due to the deeply discounted nature of clearance pricing (45-55% off MSRP), these items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Items in the Blowout/Clearance Collection are also excluded from all promotional discount codes and offers.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, sizing charts, and images before completing your purchase of clearance items.

Please note: This final sale policy applies exclusively to items in the Blowout/Clearance Collection. Our standard return policy applies to all other products.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND & CUSTOM PRODUCTS - FINAL SALE

All print-on-demand products (including original art prints, canvas prints, acrylic prints, mugs, and other custom-made items) are FINAL SALE with no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

These items are produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold. By purchasing print-on-demand or custom products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for subjective reasons (such as "I don't like it," "not what I expected," or personal taste preferences)
  • Refunds are only available if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see "Damages and Issues" section above)

We encourage you to carefully review product images, descriptions, and specifications before completing your purchase of custom or print-on-demand items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds or replacements are available under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Products

  • Must be reported within 14 days of delivery
  • Photo or video evidence is required for all damage claims
  • Physical return is typically not required due to high international shipping costs

2. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Must be reported within 14 days of delivery
  • Photo or video evidence is required to validate incorrect or missing items

3. Delayed Orders

  • International orders: Refunds or replacements available if tracking shows order stuck in transit, pending, or expired beyond 60 days after shipping
  • U.S. domestic orders: Delays must exceed 45 days from ship date

4. Non-Delivery Claims

  • If tracking shows an order as "delivered" but you claim non-receipt, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required to process a refund
  • This protects both you and us from porch theft and delivery errors

IMPORTANT: Refunds and replacements are only available when TGVBrands or our suppliers are at fault (delivery failure, damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items). Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality (such as "I don't like it," "wrong size," or "changed my mind") does not qualify for refunds under this section—those fall under our standard return policy above.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Final sale items purchased with any "No Return" discount code
  • Items from the Blowout/Clearance Collection
  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Orders placed with any "No Return" discount code waive this right, as they are final sale purchases.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return (or reviewed your damage/defect claim with photo/video evidence) and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
